The AWM700 Series Microbridge Gas Mass Flow Sensor enables coaxial flow measurement with a specially designed bypass flow housing. The sensor can measure flow rates up to 200 standard liters per minute (SLPM) while typically producing a pressure drop of 1 in H2O. The AWM700 has a large measurement range and small size.

The sensor has a response time of 6 milliseconds and requires a 10 Vdc power supply, but consumes only 60 mW of power. The compact plastic package can withstand 25 psi of pressure without compromising performance. Plug-in APP compatible connectors enable reliable connection.

Sensors are also well-suited for use in portable devices and battery-powered applications. The AWM700 series sensors offer proven reliability, high accuracy, and precision in the health ventilation market and health analytics instrumentation applications.

It is highly accurate throughout its life cycle without recalibration. The AWM700 sensor circuit performs amplification and temperature compensation functions.

Attention: Product damage

The AWM Series Microbridge Gas Mass Flow Sensor is not suitable for measuring liquid flow, which can damage the sensor when the liquid flows through the sensor.
